Here's a suggestion, contact an actual union and get some contact info. There are people who actually know how to organzie and understand unions and the law.

Work on letting the public know that all there data is now being touched/seen by non-US employees and that they should move their funds to an actual US bank (local).

I don't like RTO nor the powers that be. But a one-time event won't improve any of that. Change will only happen through continued employee solidarity, and unfortunately there's nearly none of that because people mess their pants when the word 'union' gets mentioned 🤷
