That's the HRA. There are age and length of service requirements for that.

Do you get any additional HSA when retirement? It used to listed on benefit page but now totally hidden
Don’t worry, they will spell it all out for you in your separation letter.
401(k) and HSA are your investments which you keep. You have an option with the 401(k) to roll it into your IRA and similarly move your HSA.
The other benefits like health, dental you get for a few months depending on the severance package. For details need to read the fine print.
