What benefits do you get to keep if you get fired?

For example can you keep your 401k at Ford, HSA, etc...

That's the HRA. There are age and length of service requirements for that.

401(k) and HSA are your investments which you keep. You have an option with the 401(k) to roll it into your IRA and similarly move your HSA.
The other benefits like health, dental you get for a few months depending on the severance package. For details need to read the fine print.
