Watching Frank surrounded by mostly men in the office is NOT admirable. It speaks volumes about Fiserv’s bait and switch messaging about a flexible return to work initiative. The video was uncomfortable and a ridiculous display of showmanship.

I can’t wait to leave this despicable company. Everything they do is to perpetuate a PERCEPTION, not reality, that Fiserv is a great place to work. It’s an absolute joke. No amount of high-performing attrition will change his old, stale, antiquated Wall Street style.

It's funny to me that we are told do a mandatory training about social distancing, masking, and hand washing. Then we have a conference call where none of the C-level were masked or social distancing.

@ @3gak+1c2F6b24 Thats a crock of cr-p! I have worked for both companies. OFD had the token female exec and the rest all white men. I am calling this out because your comment is not true. I think getting positions based on gender or race and NOT merit only breeds more sexism and racism. It fixes nothing. Stop comparing OFS to OFD. Both have a foundation of good old boys.

OFD cherished the optics of diversity and the potential revenue from resource groups. Frank told the leaders of the ERGs that OFD spent $ on their programs and expected the leaders within those groups would show return on that capital. Nothing has changed, the company is focused on the optics of diversity and the value it creates within the company. There have been several questionable promotions of females and minorities recently that can only be attributed to inclusion. You don't move from obscure product VP to division SVP on your merits.

We have a workplace that cherishes diversity and inclusion. This my friend does go back to ofd and was not the case at ofs. SO get on board or find a place where you are more comfortable.

Fiserv’s diversity and inclusion push is just optics. They can’t even treat women as equals. Tokenism is a real thing here. A senior female I know was bullied out the door by a colleague and the company’s response was to accuse of her lying about it, rather than fixing the problem and reprimanding the bully. The worst examples are BUs run by old white guys…oh wait a sec, that is almost all of them

I think from the other comments on this thread that you are wrong. Many people agree and Fiserv just doesn’t care. Fiserv would rather blame the people that are expressing their frustration in the only place they can safely and anonymously instead of truly listening to them without judgement and retaliation.

I saw a few token Indians and females, I think we missed token black, asian and g-y. They probably just couldn't fit all the tokens in the room with Frank's ego. Either that or the token's don't get along, which I heard is typical with those types.

agree also , most of what we see and our customers see is fake not the real Fiserv, bad morale, poorly built systems , or systems bought them patched together that fail , I have never worked for a so called Fortune 500 company that even the apps on our computers don't work half the time. I know our customers are starting to pick up it
