Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

T-Mobile firing employees

Looks like if you were unfortunate enough to not be living in one of the free states protecting your rights, that T-Mobile has decided you can not be accommodated and must be fired for not taking their professional medical advice and refusing to take an experimental medical substance. They can accommodate in some circumstances but not if you live where they think federal law will not be enforced. Good luck with that strategy.

The shot is not a true vaccine. It allows vaccinated people to spread COVID as much if not more than the unvaccinated.

I've been in parts of the T-Mobile network where my phone says "5G UC" and the speed test comes up at 1mb down and about 0.5 up. If you look at one of the radio analysis tools, you see it comes up as being on 2G Radio....

We all see how T-Mobile treats their employees poorly. This has gotten worst over the years. We have the class action lawsuit settlement checks to prove it. They are clearly in the wrong with their convuluted discriminatory vaccine policy. The hatred the vaxxed employees have shows their true colors.

Why would anybody actually want to work for such a horrible company with such hateful people?

The pandemic will end. The mandates will end. But T-Mobile and it's employees will continue to rot with no end in sight.

For all that will seperate from tmobile... you will not look back 5 years from now and regret it! Best of luck to all of you!

Maybe we need a thread spilling the dirty secrets the moment we are shown the door. Like how we know our 5Gheee isn't really 5Gheeee in speeds but we just switched bumped up frequency range to give us a better map?

Or how about how we turn disconnect requests into prepay lines so we can report fewer people leaving.

I'm sure everyone has some stories. Call it a vaccine side effect.

Well, they're not just firing people for not getting vaccines. Hearing word that employees who spoke out in comments on internal stories on the company vax mandate have been being walked out.

Okay….and people will move on lol! Stop gaslighting people. I already found remote employment that doesn’t require the jab lol! Life goes on.

There is no point to fighting about this. The mandate is being used as a cheap way to avoid high cost of layoff severance. Nothing more.

Its a matter of deductive reasoning. If you think most over the counter medications are using the same formula as when they originally were produced then frankly, you are ignorant. Ongoing research in these areas are all derived from fetal cell research. That's facts. Trying to draw a non-existant link between being an antivaxxer and racial injustice is not just a great example of a "slippery slope" logical fallacy but also down plays a very serious divide in racial equity. If that's the mindset that some people in leadership have then the company is going to be a much better place. The world has moved on past you. Keep your stone age values. This company pays us because advances in science made wireless communication possible. I bet you can explain how a chipset in a phone, radio frequencies, and mRNA works with similar efficacy. Looking forward to April.

“ It is the right of a company in this country to mandate things such as vaccines.”
So you are ok with them firing other protected classes they diasagree with? Your argument is weak and pathetic. The rule of law is to accommodate those protected classes unless it is impossible to do so. They already proved they can accommodate because they have for two years and continue to do so in states which are free!

It is the right of a company in this country to mandate things such as vaccines. This has been upheld for over 200 years now. I don't blame them a bit if they start pulling out of states which look to be finding a way to go against supreme court rulings.

Tmobile leadership is ruining this company and the company culture. I don’t want to work here and be a part of this type of treatment towards loyal employees. I know I am not alone in the search for a company that respects individuals. Good bye Magenta
