I've been thinking about it for a long time. Banking has become too stressful for me. Has anyone tried to switch careers from banking to another industry or knows someone who has made a successful switch? I would love to hear their experiences.

To @3ihu+1e02UsGx: Yes, I can see clearly how you have no friends. Get a life man. Read a book, go see a movie, get a girlfriend, get some sort of hobby. Find some purpose in life other than trolling.
I became an internet troll that bashes citi. It doesnt pay well but I since I have no friends I like to post rubbish to get a ride outta people.
banking is kind of generic. are you a teller, an m&a advisor, a small biz loan officer??
Whatever job you have at Citi you can certainly do at another company. For example if you’re in finance then you can work in the finance department of lets say google. You can stay in the same line of work while at another company and command a higher salary.
