I work in Markets, our leadership both here in London and in NY and specifically our head of sales are just straight up con artists who have no idea what they are doing. Its just a Ponzi scheme that all the hard working people are funding.

No matter who is Todd's replacement, Ak--- has Todd's ear. The recent wishy-washiness about the RTO strategy was definitely influenced by him. He hates WFH. Prefers to berate his minions in person.
