Interviewed last week and the week before for two different positions. The status of my application just says business review. They're always hiring here, but how long does it take?

Run, is all that can say.
The sad part is that you’re probably thinking “this is just HR. There’s no way Citi operates like this as a whole, its just HR”. You talk yourself into believing this. You get hired, once the “new” wears off, you reflect back on to this reply, sigh and roll your eyes at the voice resonating in your heard of “I told you so” and you’ll start looking for positions outside of Citi.
My first interview was in March, we are now going into July. My last interview was last week..Unbelievable.
How long it takes HR to contact candidate after application status is “Business Review” on career site?
Citi is under the delusion that people will wait around in this job market for them them to make a move. Look elsewhere.
If it's a mortgage position, I wouldn't get my hopes up. They are moving very slow to see what happens with rates. If rates continue to go up, look for hiring to stop completely.

At @3jqk+1fdZ64UK : LOL, that was funny.
I think most of the job postings are just posturing with no intention of actually hiring unless however you fit the ESG mold, then a check box can be checked. This method ensures that the ESG clout is increased.
It takes longer than most banks. Hopefully long enough that you find a job elsewhere.
Too freaking long dont do it as you will be looking to leave after a few months and have to explain why you are looking to leave so soon
What positions did you apply for? That may make a difference in how long it takes to get an interview set up.
