Will tech be tracked as part of the January mandatory RTO?

Pretty much everyone in tech will be Agile shortly. Either SCRUM OR Kanban.
They’ve been tracking everyone since the beginning. The better question is what they’re doing with the data and will their be consequences for not meeting the arbitrary amount decided by some clueless twit. I show up twice a month, at least, for a maximum of 2 hours. I grab a huddle room and close the door, answer some email, maybe have a Teams call, then go home to get actual work accomplished.
Do you happen to have that “PERMANENT” word in your employee file. I believe Saul said for now if you are Agile in Tech you only have to come in for events which honestly sounds ridiculous the rest of tech is 3 and 2. Permanent comes from your HR file. Read it.

Nope. Tech still is an exception. My entire team has permanent WFH.
Are all IT people this d-mb? You'd think out of all groups IT would know the answer. The answer is that everyone is tracked regardless of who you are or what group. It just depends on what or how they use the info
