And if you are not a pharmacist you wont go anywhere no matter what you do. Division 4 is the worst...no feedback...one second they want to promote you and the next you are a problem performer after going to another store at their request that needed to be fixed. I used to believe that FS managers that were committed to learning both sides of the business could grow but I have learned that is not the case. I personally am not going to stay here and be a SM that is counted on for everything with no reward in sight whether promotion or monetary. Sad times.

Meets expectations 0$ Capped . Wont be doing setups for other stores anymore . Working Salary hours only from now on . Every year is a loss from here on out. The quality of new hires is abominable. See how they do when I leave. I'm actually happy . Made my decision to leave much easier . Have many offers with the years of experience. I can t wait to see the DL's face when I give notice. He was trying to get me to "go up in the company". Another trick to lead on s—ers. They just layed off half the supervisors . Where are all the "openings" . Several DL's left and even higher management fleeing or "retiring" probably to sell stock off before it plunged .

Is that all the information? Just that you received a zero increase with an EE rating. You don’t want to include that you are capped for your position or store volume?

You earned a needs improvement and as a result received zero increase.

Yeah if you got a $0 increase then I don’t know why you’re still working for CVS. You’re on your way out. Sorry to be blunt. But you got no raise then your performance s—ed for 2019. There’s no reason at all to get a zero. Even if you are maxed out in pay you still are eligible for a lump sum check.

You didn’t “get” a fat zero. You earned it.

Ok victims, Bring on the negative clicks, but that’s the truth and that’s how the real world works

Max pay depends on your front store volume and your market.
