Volumes have been posted here about the lousy leadership.
There must be a few bright spots on the EC… leaders who are better than others.
Who would those be?

@5ytw, Suresh created the original innovation centers and Sabet was pushing for a bigger one in India although I think he called it a collaboration center or something like that.
Think that was Suresh
Unfortunately, good ones were pushed out. Of those remaining, Hani is a good people leader and probably the only good one left. BNYM is profit over people and they continue to show this. Too much change at the senior leadership level. Want to save money? Stop making poor business decisions and then changing your mind a couple of years later.
Isn't Sabet the one who was pushing for a huge "innovation center" in Pune so employees can collaborate like it's 1999? That's genious!
The only leader that I know of at BNYM is Sabet Ellias in Technology and Avi Schua (sp). The rest try hard but don't have the experience needed to run a bank like BNYM. Unfortunately the others lead by fear and are led by fear.
No one. All a bunch of liars, schemers and the criminal element.

Truthfully all of the talented leaders in the EC have retired, left or have passed on. We’ve never before been so weak at the top. Be thankful that we are a mostly non lending simple custody bank with a bit of corporate banking thrown in. it’s almost impossible to sc--w up.
