@3ulq+1qQwjwvr What nonsense is this?? The only truth here is that above targets either just received a promotion or are about to. The rest is cr-p. Your merit will be based on your rating and where you fall in your pay scale. An at target GSR8 at the 2nd percentile (recent grad aka young) might get 5%, an at target GSR8 at the 98th percentile (experienced higher, maybe with the company 10 years but plateaued) might get 2%. It has nothing to do with age and everything to do with position in pay scale. It's just that older people tend to be higher paid. Regardless, the average person for sure won't be getting enough to make up for inflation.
per my people leader comments. everybody is below meeting target only those ones chosen to be promoted (regardless of their performance) will be labeled as above target.
AICP will be affected according to reflect not meeting target. Also salary increases will be affected. Those above target will get 15%, those meeting target will get no more than 5% but depending on seniority those with more than 20 yrs in service will get no more than 1%. And for those below target again depending on seniority, younger ones will get up to 3% and the old folks will get less than 1%
The rationale was that for Ford Senior Mgmt is priority to keep young ones regardless of their "performance", old folks are being sacrificed so they leave the company ASAP.

Ford cannot compare bonus payouts with GM, as the Ford Family and Friends need their cut.

I heard that due to UAW contract, AICP will be negative...each employee will owe Ford money.
Remember they put the lovely EV and Subscription sales in our AICP number. We all knew that was never going to happen. A built in way to lower the bonus.
We should get similar to last year else there is corruption
Last year, GM had similar PS numbers but Ford was 54%. After the backlash, they doubled to 108%. Don’t think they will this time after the contract negotiations
