TG was elected by the board of directors.....and probably doing exactly what she's appointed to do. As horrible a job as it is viewed from the down low, from above, she's meeting expectations.
OP- Noooo, I don't agree. TG is so hot, esp when she wears those tight silky blouses and has that dominating expression. I look forward to her videos and speeches. It's one of the best things about working here.

Seems like people are judging the messenger/task performer when should look at DW for instructing her to do such horrible acts to the workforce.
DW said there were no plans for a layoff after he instructed his team to plan the layoff. Maybe DW really meant to say “there are no complete plans for a layoff”.
TG is a product of the system, HR has always been about representing the company not the employees, she deserves 5 stars on that...if the goal was to represent the employees you might have a case...

Completely agree, TG must be fired! However, that is a wishful thinking on the collective employee audience. From a mgmt. and specifically DW and his cronies TG is just carrying out his orders brutally but as expected of her. So given that, as the other commenter stated TG will retire well with handsome retirement package and load of cash in terms of her yearly compensation until then. All employees can do is stay, quit, make their opinions know as a shareholder in shareholder meetings and that's it. Nothing else employees can do. Unfortunate but a reality. TG also is a soldier like robot. Unempathetic and fake person at the core, just like DW.
This will 100% not happen. TG is delivering the results DW demands. Not only will TG not be fired, she will probably get more RSUs than ever. This is how corporate America works.
