Our group is being shuffled again, I have another new manager, my job makes no sense, and every reorg just means someone else is trying to jam their agenda.
Well-being week = job search week. This place is terrible.

@3yak+1ihq2I7O I have been a part of such teams myself too, and boy o boy its better to just shut up, put your head down, log the F off at 5pm, and leave aka "quiet quitting" for real.
Passive aggressive mean girls riding the strength of their varsity high school years well into their 40s.
There's a senior admin on my team who takes pride in how little she does. She's been with the company for almost a decade handing out insults and pretending to work.
Good ol boys network? Do you even still work at Nike? It’s been the mean girls network for several years now.
Good ‘ol boy network? The most viscous people I encountered at Nike were women in leadership positions. A handful stood out by not adopting the mean girl attitude but they were all run out in the reorg. Look around …they are still there calling the shots. (I’m female btw)
@hxh+1ihq2I7O I am not new to the job market. (At all.) It's not the same everywhere and I come from a background of startups where change is the way it is. Change with purpose vs change that is a power trip are totally different. The gross inefficiencies at Nike are ridiculous. It is shocking we get anything done. the good ol' boys network is alive and well.
You think it’s really different at any other place? Sorry to break it to you, but ever major company has been doing re-orgs for the past several years. If change is that hard for you, maybe Nike isn’t the best place for you.
