@4qpa+1gA those vacation days are fine when you have a gravy job (of which there are many), but if you are in a dept that is understaffed w/ tons of real work, good luck taking your vacation. good luck having any work life balance at all in fact.

It is $3500 per individual, $7000 per family. That's for the no monthly contribution plan. It is lower for the paid plan, plus you get $1000 deposited into your HSA with the paid plan.

@4rqo Is $7,000 what the health care deductible is now for employees? I don't feel so bad about my retiree plan, in that case. What is your out-of-pocket maximum for health care this year?

Yes, a $7k deductible is “second to none” for medical insurance 🙄🙄🙄

Must be an HR troll posting below

The pay is great, I have a great manager that lets me do what I need to do, I have interesting work that keeps me challenged, we get SO MUCH time off-I’ve never seen a company give employees so much vacation, PTO and holidays, our medical insurance is second to none. I love this company.

@sxb+1gAfnSaT everyone is happy working from home and no one will buy new cars and you get screwed at your home after you are laid off

My manager and team are all dedicated and get work done. I also have the ability to take time and learn about new programs that help the dept be more efficient. Working from home has been great, and having flexibility has been a life saver with young kids if they get sick or daycare closes.

The company is offering more employment to people in India who are willing to work for sweatshop wages.

This is tough. I feel like the company has made misstep after misstep.

However, Bronco, Bronco Sport, Ranger, and Maverick are bright spots. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to fully realize their popularity due to the chip shortage.

That's all I can say and still be positive.

Does that mean Billy stepped down for that train station and Farley is gone?
