Seek out self-help webinars and information and look for mindfulness programs to keep you centered during this crisis.
Understand that a strong economy is necessary for this country which will cause companies to avoid layoffs and usher in some kind of job security leading to a healthier more positive lifestyle.

Exactly @4rpt+16kNNbDh, avoid the headlines that you know are absolute nonsense which means their story will also be! Be critical and try to assess what is really happening. Always avoid the rhetoric and hype, let the truth prevail.

Don’t blame BofA for the lay-off, blame the middle management! These individuals are the worst! These “managers” are not creating values but just playing politics. Make perfect sense to let them go. If you unfortunately have to leave involuntarily, better off hate your manager , target that guy instead of company. There are also many good managers in the firm. But when come to hard time ,many managers try to be the good guy and let company be the bad guy. These managers are jerks.
