A few of our groups going to unassigned. How's it working for those already doing? Office does not look full anyways so wondering if there has ever been a case where you don't find a good place to work?

Having to share chairs and desks means the existing personally adjusted ergonomic chairs and sit/stand desks memory heights, and ergo keyboards will go away, meaning much higher RSIs for the company.
Unassigned work station hurts productivity ! Desks are too close together, everybody has multiple meetings during the day and need to take them from the desk which generates an unbearable noisy. You are supposed to work paperless, no place to a book, a manual, a process guide ! Feedback is extremely poor and they are implementing this to other areas ! T
@4scd+1rOSlgF1 anyone who joined the CNE greenwashing sham deserves to be blackballed from the entire oil industry for being a traitor. Go build windmills.
Find another floor to work at.
Yeah there was a job whoch sounded good on paper. I asked the job owner one question and it was obvious he knew nothing and was just spinning a tale. I bolted as it was clear the emporer has no clothes but is a hipot so...
JG is always in 1400 Smith up on the “executive” floor hiding out from the mass sh^t show he left us with to sort out. A constant flipping pivot left, pivot right, look up, look down, chase the nut squirrels……CNE is fu(k@n joke and I’m working to get out…….if you think this shiny penny is something you wanted to get into, think again folks…..it is a facade.
@1azj I have my covid sticker on my badge holder, so I should be fine as long as I have it with me.
Sharing keyboards and other items is disgusting and unhealthy. Where is Corp medical in all of this??
Just wait until the 💩 show at San Ramon Lakeside starts in a couple of months
On the CNE floor, which is overcrowded on Tues-Weds, the VPs and GMs have to circle the floor looking for huddle rooms for calls. While analysts sit in the rooms and camp out all day. Of course JG is normally in the other building.
Well, they are doing away with booking office in the new concept floors. You can only book MTR (Microsoft Team Rooms) like huddle and regular meeting rooms. All else just plain open and unassigned - not even neighborhoods.
The problem is frequently folks will book offices using the booking tool and then never showing up. You’ll go to book an office and find they are all taken, yet when you walk around, they are empty.
