Why do the worst employees have the most complaints

It’s always the ones who contribute to the issues on their teams who try to convince other people everyone else is the issue. You wouldn’t have problems if you actually got to work on time, stopped talking all day and actually worked

@7txf+1enxVZL0 I’m not a millennial but I can tell you are a grumpy old white man who fears the world is out to get him and only knows how to complain about those around him and not actually do a thing about it. Go back to sticking your head in the sand and pretending the world around you isn’t changing. Bend or be a board, it’s your choice. There is nothing wrong with millennials. Why don’t you actually take the time to try to get to know one.

Then there are those who say their working longer hours but are actually wasting time doing everything else but work. Then as the end of the day comes they need to stay logged in longer to try and catch up on their work. I prefer to log in an hour earlier and then log off at the end of the work day as long as my work is done than BS management and make believe I been working all day when that's not the case.

It’s a millennial thing. Can’t put the device down and at the end of the day there’s less hours of work completed. This trend will only accelerate.

@4tch What are you talking about? I've been reading this board for most of this year and there have been plenty of people posting that they do indeed, in your words, "work longer and harder" but do NOT get noticed at all for doing so.

Personally, it took them moving the goalposts on me and my team to FORCE us to "work longer and harder" by increasing our job requirements and complexity of daily and ongoing tasks expected of us. If there had been a commensurate increase in pay to even out the added burden then we wouldn't have had a reason to complain. But hey, guess what? They didn't, and we do have a reason to complain.

So true.. back in the in-office days, some would spend hours not working but chatting with their friends, later some actually worked hard, but they also complained the most, and certainly punched in and out at exactly the start and end of each day.

Working remotely, some do that like clockwork, then complain they aren't rewarded when those that work longer and harder do get noticed.
