It doesn’t really do anything practical for employees. Just d-mb games, junk food and garbage bag and call it a day, or week is low effort. Rather they give out bonuses. Pretty cheap for a big bank

Prepare for more layoffs till November.
Chase loves laying ppl off right before Thanksgiving.
I've seen this in the past 3 years.
Also white collar jobs are vanishing very soon, no more fun bloated departments sitting there and doing nothing, acting busy.
We know who you are and alot of them are middle mgrs and EDs just sitting in meetings who can't make decisions at all.
@ 5fbw+1uqONXmJ don’t be stewpid. If you’re gonna appreciate employees, do something that actually show it. If you’re gonna go cheap with your appreciation, then save it. You need it more than the employees do
Toward the end of my career with Chase I had a friend on the EAW committee. They were given a budget of $1.50 per employee for a week of activities for her group. Such an embarrassment. They had wanted to do bagels and coffee the first day but it wouldn't even cover that. They had to go through the swag supplies and buy candy from the dr-gstore. Why even bother?
Agree with @6diu+1uqONXmJ. You are in charge of your career and you need to learn to think for yourself.
Last post: Id--t! You’re the problem! Lucky to have jobs is just what we’ve heard management say. You’re either one of those dummy’s or too stupid to think for yourself.
At this point should be grateful we all still have jobs...
So do something about it and go get a job within the company where you will be eligible for a bonus.
