The HR COEs especially Mobility. Special mention to the all knowing, grumpy, and cranky staff.

I am American and I agree with the Miserable Americans comment ... We became selfish and miserable willing to do anything up one up on any one ..... It is shocking and a sign of degradation in our society ... why would you care to terminate someone else's job unless you are an insecure mo---------r who hates everyone and live in fear with sacristy mentality. Chevron is really full of a--holes and narcists like RM have imprinted on many.

Interesting…my previous comment, that had numerous upvotes is now gone. It simply vanished. Who’s controlling this site? Anyway, I will say it again. The crazy little one in HRSS. She needs to go sooner rather than later. So bad for morale, even outside of her org. You know…MV.

Simple enough, anything and anyone not directly involved in oil and gas operations. The farther removed from O&G, the sooner to be axed. All the pretenders need to be gone.

There are a lot of people that have not really done any work in Chevron and have been collecting paychecks for year. These are the areas where we need to trim for the top of these programs for making poor decisions.
People are hiding in IT Areas as "architects" Senior Data Engineers, etc. Then disaster programs like DCore and SmartEngineering.
There are folks with Fake title like Digital Twin or FDS manager, etc. If we look at what a disaster the whole arrangement with Kongsberg Digital to build the a Digital Twin Solution. What a failure that is eating through money. The right choice would have been to partner with a company that has been in the space for decades like Aveva, Hexagon , Bentley, etc. The Folks running that Program are so short sighted. They cannot think 2 minutes aheads when they have to hire the designer, drafters, etc. that are used to using standard tools, SmartPlant Suite, Aveva tools, etc. Now they will have to retrain them. But by then these jokers. We know who they are, They will be onto their next role, by the time all the lemmingsa are falling off the cliff.

We are a lean money making machine and everyone is a valuable asset! The company states that consistently! So everyone keep up the great work and keep winning. I appreciate each and everyone of you!

An American here and you are right when it's said many are miserable people who don't care about fellow humans. They would be ok if nearly all Americans are laid off or jobs sent overseas to make sure big investors are able to buy more yachts. The country is doomed with the selfish mentality here and lack of care for other human beings beyond the rich. Way to go back in time to Feudal lords and peasants serving them at their will. Embarrassing....

I'd like to see the deadwood/deadweight guy obsessed with layoffs to be cut (I'm guessing it MW on here saying all that). After that clean out executive management and cut upper management salary.

@jbl, so Investors are not Humans? We're all really sorry that you're obviously in poverty and live in a poverty stricken country but there's no reason to want those deplorable conditions for everyone else just because you have to deal with it. We wish you the best, from America.

The IOC. Hands down the largest waste of company resources that started out as someone’s PMP project and snowballed into an enormous misconception of necessity for shareholders. Anyone close to the group knows that a majority of the team in there are/were the most lazy field personnel in the company and only took the job so they could sit on their butt all day watching movies and playing video games while pretending to be a board operator. They rarely truely add any value to the field teams unless you’re looking at their fake “well ki-l save” presentations which is completely subjective. If we actually put in the work to develop the technology the right way for the field teams instead of all these cheap competitive performance initiative products that never last, we would not need the IOC. Many companies in the industry excel without a waste of space like this in their organization. Most of them know less than the field teams, cannot troubleshoot, communicate or even pay attention to a simple trend screen and what compounds the lack of performance from this group is most of them are underperforming because they are unhappily stuck in the IOC because every other team steers clear of them due to their known limited skillset.
