SATG has nothing to show for Gaudi3. Meanwhile IBM beat SATG to it. GregL and Markus are poor performers

GregL said that he will retire as soon as Pat retires or gets ousted. We are waiting.
With foundry going with TSMC and product with Broadcom...SATG/ Greg/ Markus are sitting ducks. Ripe for a flush. No one needs IDC with no products to show foer. Bye, bye.

SATG is in survival mode coming up with AI Inflection(infection) BS story. No one will pay for this service while Blackwell is offering better price performance.
No idea how long MF is going to milk Seeker. There is no other design win for IDC/SATG

Tiber Developer Cloud is a joke after after many years of red tape and 150 people working on it shooting themselves in the foot on a weekly basis. Tiber has unstable Gaudis along with old PVCs that no one will buy powering this cloud! Many mistakes with networking and poor WEKA architecture/config is their downfall. User experience is horrible with PV's implementation of coupons and credit cards.
Teams under PV and SP have to be trimmed. Dealing with Financials and credit cards for IDC...they have bled a lot $$ making huge mistakes. Not very experienced running Financials. Never nding POCs just to keep the teams alive.
Confirmed. 25% will be sent home in SATG. Most cuts will be from IT which is reporting into Greg. The rest will be handpicked from Intel Developer Cloud which has yet to show anything useful after 2 years hiring highly paid folks from Dell, VMware and Nvidia.

No layoffs till intel done burning $8.5B subsidy + $11B loan. This will easily last next 2-3 years in addition to existing cash flow. May be after 2027 Intel will look at possible layoffs.
I am from SATG and can tell you that Greg Lavender is an idi*t. You'd rather flip burgers than work for him.
SATG is hiring in droves across all geos.
It is all Gaudi from here on. No more PVC.
The whole oneAPI strategy falls apart since oneAPI does not work on Gaudi.

I wonder what this means for DAIS SC AXG group with FS at least 2025/26?! That means NO revenue coming in for several hundreds of people working on FS??! Yikes!!
10 percent confirmed via voluntary in SATG specifically in the loss leading Intel Developer Cloud and Gaudi infrastructure team. After PVC discontinuation any one working on that will be in CPM.

After Q1 results, you'll see that we did not sell much. CPM will be opened out.
Everybody got layed off, no severance. Drop your laptop and badge off at the security desk of Intel campus nearest to you and get your last piece of free fruit on the way out the door.
