What do you all think positive or negative? Sure it aligns with most of the industry but I think its going to be confusing at least for a while. So basically 60 and 61 people leaders all have the same title and VP all the way up through SEVP have the same primary title of MD. Also they keep talking about flat org design like TDA. Will schwab really do that or just change titles and move a few associates around here and there like normal. At TDA we already learned how to do this right curious if schwab will do the same or f it up.

Well we do clear like 5x the number trades and volume with a 3rd of the employees. Not going to say we know everything, but legacy Schwab could probably learn a thing or two.

It depends on if we invoke FINRA 5423 or not. That will determine if we f it up, as you so elegantly put it. Schwab is lucky to have acquired TDA, and have legacy TDA know it alls like you to help guide us on this journey.
