The coworkers that have had interviews with HCL already have said they've asked more questions on how to run our department more than any questions about their qualifications. They're looking for how to run the place without us.
Don't tell them anything. If you do, make it vague or totally wrong. Let your conscious decide.
They're going to bring in know-nothings on the cheap and they want all this info so they can hit the ground running. Don't make it easy for them.
