@1Jkbc+1nUdOJrA Unsurprisingly people with the ability are leaving voluntarily. But this is probably welcomed by the EC.

I’ve been impacted by the layoff so unfortunately I won’t be able to carry forward with future updates. Thank you and hopefully it had been helpful.

Based on second quarter earnings report we had 36,600 FTEs at our peak. Reduction in almost 2000 permanent positions since then.

Shedding contractors at a very fast pace. FTE wise we are near -600 employees since start of August. Relative small percentage of them are level 58 or above.

Lost triple digit of contractors compared with last update. Slowly bleeding FTEs, though more are hired from time to time because relatively few MDs/Managers have left compared to frightened lower level workers.

We've lost 500 FTEs and 738 contractors since start of August. Looks like they have hired more contractors after ending contracts.

We’ve lost 100 employees in two weeks it appears. Looks like EC’s plan has a chance of working after all.

I pull the org chart (search for Walt under people and have it email you the whole company any info) legitimately for reporting reasons each day and can confirm these #s.

Not to put a damper on this thread, but this headcount is wildly inaccurate. If I had to guess, anything found on the schweb isn't going to be a reliable source of current, active employees and contractors.

Headcount at Chuck/Walt's level is down from yesterday. Not by much, but I don't believe there were many cuts yesterday so it may be accurate.

Do not keep polling for this data. It's very easy to figure out who is. I do not believe this updates in real time.

Ok, so either we have HR watching these pages and threads and making MyConnections pages disappear but head counts stay the same at the org level, or, the org chart count is delayed/slow. It's going to have to be updated sooner or later. For what it's worth they may be attempting to cover the tracks in the short term. I guess that is the benefit, and downsides, of a public anonymous forum.

Request, for people that know someone that was recently let go, please let us know how quickly the MyConnections pages go down, and if the count in your MD's org or the impacted person manager, goes down at all. We need to figure out at what level the headcount numbers update, or if they stay the same all the way down to the individual for now.

Can confirm cut individuals are still showing in the org chart but clicking on their individual page results in a not found error.

they are moving fast this time. Personal pages have already disappeared, although they still appear in org charts.

In prior experience I don't think it keeps you in the system till severance is paid. Maybe a week or so after layoffs, at least that is what I have seen before when people went missing

I love this thread idea, but how is everyone getting a different number? "Tracker" the OP should be the main person to make this post on a somewhat consistent basis and keep the pseudonym. Also please share how you find it exactly so everyone else on here can look in the same places if needed, as well as throw off any website tracking on your company machine that may be happening by spamming it with lots of other people looking in the same place. Has anyone figured out how to find the people without an organization, as that seems to be the best way to see recent layoffs? I wonder if this tracker is 60 days delayed if it keeps people in the system until after severance dates.

I wonder if this takes some time to update, as I know at least 2 people who were let go yesterday

I just went to Dennis Howard's My Connection page. Employees 6439; Non-Employees 7647 = Total 14086. Thus 54% are contractors in the STS organization. Seems like it would be natural place to cut. I am not an executive though.

I heard the STS organization % of contractors is close to 60%. Tons of them are working on the integration. Are they counting those as part of the pool that can drive cost savings?

My small group has 5 FTE producers, and 2 contractors. 2/7 total = 28.5% contractors.
