I don’t know how much more I can take of this. I used to feel like I meshed with the company and now I am being made to feel like I am not productive enough and not good enough all the time. They claim tasks are not completed in a timely manner - they are - and keep pointing out these imaginary errors to me. The best part is - I am constantly reminded that it is all “constructive criticism”. I swear I feel trapped. I have been trying to look for something else, anything else, but so far I haven’t found anything!

I don’t even know what expected of me anymore, everyday is just a 9-10 hour rush to get all the production they want. Constantly rolling out new expectations and processes yet I have no idea how they want me to use them. I second guess everything on every estimate, there are no clear standards for what to write, every market is different but no consistency. The last 8 months Have been a blur. It’s alway “more more more” with no real direction as to what my job is anymore
The strong get cut down first. Remember that.
@OP+17R6X5wc that is the same thing I was going through. I was laid off last year...happily. My "manager" was an SOB. Pointed out things that I was doing wrong. Meanwhile, the rest of us were experiencing the same thing because of the system. Thankfully, I had a co-worker who stuck up for me, and the group, and pointed out the things I was being blamed for were affecting all of us. I came to find out that our unit wasn't dong well with numbers so I was the scapegoat. Probably because I wasn't the type to get loud. My point is, don't give up. I'm sure you're doing a great job but "they" need someone to pick on. There are jobs out there just keep chipping away at it...you'll find something. Get out while you can...it's going to get much worse. BEST of luck to you.
