chain flexibility planning that we call it "Farley Flexing". This means having multiple supply chain flexibilities in place and be ready to pivot to alternative sources on very short notice.

We have all these problems with microchips and IBM just made them smaller i.e. 2 nanometer chips. NO WONDER WE CAN'T FIND THEM. Somebody get the electron microscope out, we can't find our nanometer scale microchips.
