Products that used to be owned by a single reporting line are now owned by a half dozen, all with different and sometimes contradictory OKRs.
I'm really tired of this BS.

We may be going from a holding company to an operating company, but mediocrity will still prevail. Bad managers will still be there. Dysfunction will still exist. Employees' disillusionment will increase, along with their workloads. Shareholders' returns will continue to increase. What has changed? Absolutely nothing.
