I think it’s time for me to start looking for a new job. I admit that I’ve made a big mistake by believing that the layoffs will stop as well as the company trying to find cheaper and cheaper employees without any regard for the actual quality of work.
It’s always the same story, they fire people from a certain team then dump the work on the remaining employees, then they hire some yonder people for a smaller pay and expect the results to be the same. When that doesn't turn out to be as good as the managers think then they merge us with another team and start laying off again after a while. It is a constant rollercoaster and it will never stop.

I agree you have no future: Quit now
All the ranting and raving – it's all true.
Whatever your skill set it is best to apply it to an industry with a future.
This industry is dying and you are just seeing the symptoms of its oldest boomer.
Senility and tumors.
Fact is though – you see it and feel it!
You not done yet, you.
We will all be NSI at some point.
@OP is clearly NSI...
