@ymy+1bcoALtb, and all posters (Troll): I would think you'd realize by now that management is not outraged that VZ is hiring externally.
We work in a meritocracy where the best candidate is selected for the position regardless of where they're from... externally of internally. We don't see this as a threat. We are happy to see our company being open to the best candidate. It is a sign that we are doing, and are open to doing everything we can to succeed.
To think time in position qualifies a person for promotion is an attitude cultivated uniquely within the union.
You are easily identified as a union troll as you obviously think this will stir us up.
It amazes me that you've tried this tactic as many times as you have.
