Fawley new refinery manager's history is interesting. Turned Altona into terminal, and sold Augusta. Is Fawley next for the chop.....?

Maybe just specialized in transformation. Could be there for the planned combining Refinery and Chemicals into a single management structure and reduce overhead.
@OP. Meh, maybe but I would not overthink it. The buy / sell /convert decision is layers above the manager a many things factor into the decision.
