I don't want to spread rumors or panic, I'm just wondering if anyone else feels like me that a big RA is on the horizon? It's just a hypothetical question.
I may be exaggerating, I know that many people are leaving, but the atmosphere has been very strange lately. That's why I'm interested in what others think.

@OP, I feel the same, but early this year senior leadership said no RA in a near term. So spin-off, sell-off, attrition, and forced senior management retirement might be on the cards.
Every time a recession hits we have layoffs. Recession = RA...

It's IBM ... there's always a big RA on the horizon! Haven't you been paying attention for the past 30 years??? 😏
IBM is overdue to restructure the non-services portion of IBM. GTS was the first round of restructuring as they were hemorrhaging money. SW and infrastructure are now in the que along with WH.
