Why do you envy the slackers or hard workers or bootlickers or friends in the family plan? Who ever plays the game the best wins,right? Do you accept that?

@OP demonstrates everything that is wrong with Ford today.
It use to be One Team, Do the right thing.
When the previous generation of leaders retired - those born in 40s and 50s things went downhill rapidly as the percentage of ME ME ME leaders dramatically outweighed the team players who were doing what is right for Ford. I have noticed that the only true leaders @ Ford were A) not born in Michigan and B) children of farmers/other small business owner or not from wealth C) not a child/relative of past/present Ford employee.

Take what you can get when you can get it because eventually . . . buh bye . . . (unless you are on the F3 plan (Friends Family and Favorites). You will be pushed aside and out to make a space for them. Do you really think the LL3 cougar is going to fire one of her favorite young boyfriends or girlfriends ?
