MC / Exec = Big bonus, Everyone else < P50 comparator salary

Let me summarize, we have record profits but what will happen come November is the workers will get told we are competitive which is technically correct when HR hand picks the companies that we lose nobody too and P50 means all other majors are above us. Workers will also get told recession is coming and so raises will be minimum what HR can get away with.

Execs will get huge bonuses and restricted stock.

Sound fair and equitable? Thats what’s coming

OP has nailed it, executives get to rinse this company whilst everyone else runs around doing all the work with fewer staff. Today I had two executives tell me what to do, in fact it happens regularly and they create an environment on panic and pressure, and I get almost nothing, in return they are looking forward to massive quarterly dividends and a nice share and bonus payout…….too many chiefs

@OP, not fair & equitable but reality is Big BoneUS are a direct result of a job that is performed well by a "Fluffer."

The unfortunate reality of life is that not everyone can be the star performer (Leader) in every organization. However, you would think the Fluffers would sometimes be the beneficiary of the residuals (thrown a bone) by the leadership.

PS. Some of you might want to Google the role of a Fluffer for comprehending my logic!
