It is unlikely that there will be any positive changes to make this a better workplace. There are many things that I would like to see changed here. What do you think should be the priorities?

I expect things to change consistently for the worse - that way at least I can enjoy the satisfaction of making accurate predictions.
Change in HR VP leadership that will lead to revising PDS structure, compensation, and WFH policy
Overhaul compensation structure to reward people who push the business / generate tangible value. Too many brownnosers and people hanging around waiting for pension cheques to arrive who don’t give a flying f-ck about the business’s success
Everyone I know is looking for another job. We are underpaid and the culture is insufferable. Just leave.
