Forged review

Can manager wrote a very good review and asked you to acknowledge it, then added a very bad one after your acknowledgment and didn’t let you know about it? Is it legal for managers to forge employees’ review in United States?

OP: You can call Global HR Services and let them know you have concerns about your PDP and would like to dispute the version submitted after your acknowledgement. They will investigate on your behalf.

Manager showed an excellent review version A to the employee in the review meeting, with the timestamp showing when the employee signed and acknowledged it. Then manager sneakily added a very bad review version B , without letting anyone know, it also had the Timestamp on when this version B was added. Many days and months later, secret version B was discovered. Very creative....

@mlx+1jJYv1o0 It doesn't matter you acknowledge or not, even you solicit an employment attorney, class action and win, this company has been through many of these and nothing changes.
@OP You think you are fighting for a good cause? Personal justice is just that, personal.
They will go on and be exactly the same whether you stay or not.
But what happened to you is a sign of "quiet firing" and only you can decide if it is worth wasting all the efforts and at the end still have to look for another job. Maybe you will relieve having tried fighting what is for your own good.

I think that's a clear cut sign that it's time to move on to the next opportunity. You deserve better. Why work for the circus clowns?

You should have a signed copy of the review and that serves as the source of truth. What you didn't sign is not what you acknowledged.
