Thread regarding Ford layoffs

At this point, we should get a CEO from India since we can pay him 1/5 the cost

Waiting for ford to sell themselves to TATA like they did range rover

They should replace Jim Fartly with Raj Nair. He’s the Indian version of JF.

Actually that will be a perfect fit if JF replaced by an India CEO. They already master the core skills - constant lying, no ethics, take no responsibility!

we can start a wish list:
executive suite started to get outsourced
congress
university 'professors'
lawyers
hollywood

wait, it just dawned on me,
not a lot of these professions are terribly useful right now

Good luck with that! I heard a Ford Chief say once that there was no way LCC could do their job……..because, of course, they are so much more important didn’t you know? Hahahahah

We really do need to enter the profitable tuk-tuk market, this could be our enabler.

Now finally a post with some comedic value that actually makes some sense. Wouldn't that be some sh-t, if the executive suite started to get outsourced? Of course it'd be more of a cascading disaster because they'd hire no one but thier LCC fellowship brothers and sisters because that's what they do.

Do H-1B visas cover CEOs?

I’ll bet they don’t. The rich and powerful exempted themselves from the competition.

It’s been decades since the savings was that ratio. It’s cheaper, but not that much.
