Bonus, and Merit/Cola

Very short PR with my LL6. Got 4 met, 1 exceeded, and 1 inconsistent for an overall Met. Joined Ford last year and I don’t really understand when we learn what our bonus will be (I know my target), or what my merit raise. Is it on HCN somewhere? I realize it pays out March 15th, so I don’t have to wait long to know.

Feeling good in my department. Good team and plenty of people sharing information and helping me learn skills to help contribute. Plus the team is getting 2 new positions, so I think that’s a good sign.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Notifications for most will be the 12th or 13th March. Your LL4 or LL5 have the schedule, it is not a big secret.

@OP+1jma1by6g, open positions mean nothing. Two of us were cut while the department had open positions, outside of Ford.

They get their kicks selecting random people for the gas chamber. Rating does not matter.

I was a multiple time Top Achiever. And still got laid off.

No one is safe.

Don’t expect cola, cola lags at Ford, you work a year underpaid and then at the end of the year they bump you to what you were suppose to be earning. If you joined in 2024, you would have started with the new salary already.

The notification period is March 5th to March 31st. Most people leaders will schedule for as early as possible in this time frame.
