Any advice? I am due for a move sometime in the next year. Any decent roles I should be looking into?

Seems like many people still think the wait to be told where to go strategy is going to be successful. Ha !
Funny to see all the people on here who don’t have a big enough network to influence their next assignment. I’ve gotten next roles for people and influenced my next role. No wonder so many of you don’t make it to CL28.
OP is a troll. They tell us pal, we don't get to choose directly. Certainly we gave general discussions, but no selecting. We can decline an assignment provided, but not good form unless you're already off the HiPo radar.
If you have to ask, you aren't getting one. Once you hit 28 unless you are a managers pet you aren't moving up. If you are a pet - then its handled for you. Skills doesn't matter anymore.

Any one working @ Xom long enough knows you don't pick your next role. You say yes...or you say no, say no a couple times, and next role no more.
