Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

I don't care, I'm glad I took it

--and Lambasted "Leadership".

Is it futile? Yes, it is.

Will it change anything? Absolutely not.

But I will tell you what, that narcissistic jack wagon is clearly IRATE...and that makes it worthwhile to me.

We are lucky we have a CEO who can so clearly articulate how worthless he considers his workforce. I’ve made his letter my new desktop so I can read it everyday and be reminded of my value to him.

There will never be a "going back to hybrid." declaration.

There was never going to be, and certainly not while the bald pompous one is still in charge.

But there will be a slow drift back toward more normalcy. There will be less focus on that abomination of a report. Just going to take some time.

He's so irate now, tho, the email said there's no chance in h3ll we're going back to hybrid. That hope was the only thing keeping me going. Now I've joined the F Em club, too. Nice job, John!

Yes, that was the only benefit to taking the survey . . . I was free to tell him exactly how I felt about him and his culture. Before I took the survey I knew he would not do address the issues I find important, so if he did then I could only have been pleasantly surprised.
