Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Anyone recently surplused?

What was the severance you got? Was it recent? Was it based on number of years served or based on the management level? Feedback appreciated!

Go to HR One Stop and search on “Management Severance Plan”. It’s based on years of service. I think after 13 years or more you get the full benefit which is capped at 50% of your annual salary.

It’s based on the amount of time you have with the company. You can look it up in HR One Stop.
