L3HARRIS Program Managers are actively directing employees to labor mischarge

L3Harris Program Managers at the Plano, TX; Richardson, TX; Ashburn, VA; and Clifton, NJ offices are actively directing employees to charge their time to programs they are not working. This is blatant labor mischarging and it is rampant within these locations. Once the employee signs and submits their timecard containing mischarged hours, this is falsification of a timecard, which "should" lead to employment termination under L3Harris' policy. Employee labor mischarging and falsification of timecards require U.S. Government notification and the corrective action. None of this being done and has been occurring for approximately four (4) years. The Clifton, NJ-based Contracts Director, has been made aware of this on numerous occasions however he actively retaliates against any employee who has brought this to this to his attention. If you cast ANY doubt on this fact-based statement, simply look at the headcount of Contracts Managers and Contracts Admin's who have left these offices (8 heads in 3 months).
Free advice if you are a job seeker: Do NOT engage employment with L3Harris or any other organization that must rely on labor mischarging to survive.

If you say it has been regular business and you do as they direct, you are guilty as well.

Go to the DOD hotline and report it.

It is FRAUD!

Whistleblow. None of this your fault until you become complicit by participating in the fraud.

Sh-t like this is why DOGE came along.

Waco has been doing this for 20 years. If anything happens, wait till I'm retired, or later off.

@OP Now Now friend. What do you think TACO has been doing not only since he's been in office including his first term, but all his life? TACO advertises his business and gets contracts signed by middle eastern countries, Vietnam golf courses, etc. Why don't you grow some ba--s and go tell him that he's sc--wing the American tax payers. Let's start with that, and let's see how far you get. Some of us are just trying to survive by getting a paycheck in this terrible job market. Good Luck finding a job when you're competing against AI.

If you're a former employee, you will be seen as just another laid off loser with an axe to grind. Yeah they're committing fraud. They do it in plain sight because EVERYBODY is in on it. Of course the contracts director retaliated. He did what he was told.
Do you get it now? You are alone.
Nothing is going to happen because nobody gives a sh-t.
