We keep getting more work with fewer people and zero recognition. I'm not sure I can take much more of the same thing.

On pto, we have a dire situation. There is no wiggle room. We are at max capacity.
@OP you are definitely not the only one. I find myself hoping that I’ll be part of the next layoff. And I know that others are feeling the burnout as well.
So cry about it?
