Why do they think they can gaslight us and ignore the survey results… again. This is insanity. We’re being treated like prisoners under a dictatorship. For all the hard work we do for these bozos this is how we’re repaid?

Here’s the specifics:

I took a survey
I was promised the results would be shared
Leadership did not like the results they got
Leadership is angry about the 70+% of people who complained about RTO
The survey results were not shared

I will not be taking any more surveys going forward.

@OP I told my buddies 1 of 3 things are going to happen if we be honest this year.

1) We will never hear a peep
2) We will have a redo (happened one year to save a future SVP’s career)
3) We will have some takeaways/project to own improving our attitudes

1 guy put zeros or ones across the boards out of spite. Others let it rip due to new leadership suggesting we be honest. Unfortunately with these, honesty is not the best policy…unless you like unhinged responses from leadership or owning morale improvement projects.
