A good portion of the remaining WIM in Richmond, VA was recently notified that location strategy is moving them to Charlotte soon. Move or get a severance package. Keeps it off WARN notices as they offer them a job in another location. I thought there wasn’t much left in Richmond?

Or both? Moving to Charlotte will not save any jobs. See the recent post on this board. Someone was displaced very recently who was based out of Charlotte.
@OP WIM operations team members or technology team members in Richmond that were asked to relocate to Charlotte?
@ak maybe if you're in Ops. Otherwise STL is safe...for now.
Offering relo never causes WARN. But it will if they turn relo down and get laid off. No one is getting away with anything.
STL is next. Done by end of next year.
