D&S totally sc--wed me. Spent months telling me they had. A job lined up and then at the last minute changed the job to something totally different that we hadn’t even been talking about. My new job is a job I do not enjoy. There were several better jobs that I had support for but was not considered for because of the job they claimed was lined up. The best one a good friend of my D&S contact somehow ended up getting. Thanks for nothing D&S.

@js talk to D&S all you want. It is not in their R&R to talk to you. Keep telling yourself you know what you’re talking about and then coming here to whine about it
@eg there is nothing that stops you from talking to D&S when a new role is being worked. Clearly you don’t have a clue.
D&S get judged by their success in matching HiPos with their defined next target job for their CL 36 trajectory plan.
D&S place regular people into insignificant jobs in whatever time they have left over.
happened to me too. 3 days before my official date i was told there is a change in my next role. i learned later on that a hipo wanted the new role i was going into, and in order to look good to the execs my functional manager even supported the hipo taking away my role

Hillarious - another D&S post that makes no sense. D&S doesn’t personalize the service offering and talk to employees about jobs, what a crock of sh!t this post is. D&S works with supervisors and managers to place employees….stop with the BS posts please
So HIPOs + D&S = great result, but someone NSI + D&S = PIP ?
Similar happened to me. Brought in for one job but told I had to wait for next opening and put into a lower job with no visibility and no ranking potential. They originally picked me because they needed someone competent with experience, but in the end went with the incompetent HiPo. I did all his work and he got the credit and went on to an executive promotion. I went on to a NI for doing the HiPo guy’s work. Watcha gonna do?
Can someone explain to me what's D&S ? Is it somehow connected to the sponsors, mentors, PIP, HiPos?
