Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Will the new CISO Ann Barron De-Camilo dare to clean up non-performing, product checkboxers

It remains to be seen whether she will be able to address and Drain the Swamp that has accumulated over the past 15–20 years. There is still limited clarity on the actual responsibilities within ISS, beyond attending meetings and adopting titles such as “product manager” without a clearly defined product to manage. Additionally, our current risk‑management structure raises concerns — specifically, why more than 800+ ISS stakeholders are assigned to the exact same risk. Just check boxers. Only a few really understand Computer Science principles - 90% of them just Talk - Presentations - Strategy - with no meat..Of-course there a few gems in ISS but their work will be clouded and the CISO never ever gets to know who are these gems really are..

@a1 Nahh..She will not drain the swamp..the top management hierarchy she get to met will only talk positively of the pets that lick their a-s - True Merit or Contribution to the Bank are never a factor in annual performance or promotions - its just you lck mine - i will yours..and we also have Doctors, Engineering and Innovators (the D.E...I)...
Its the same sh...she will get her buddies may replace a few at top --but nothing changes..

the new CISO has no power - she is just a pencil pusher...she will not drain the swamp forget it

@OP Is the question "Can or Will she drain the swamp"? NO - nothing changes as everyone is very focused on RTO - ensuring tapping the badge logging Internet logs - the real performance goal for the year 2026.

What anyone is ISS has really contributed to the Bank is not (never) a factor in the annual performance metrics - its just did you lick mine, I will lick Yours....

She cannot and will not move the needle....The ISS $ in Cincinnati is ....s
