@a3 I've worked at us bank too long. You mean to tell me there are bitties at other companies??
I'd be ashamed to tell them who I work for though. We are a very low caste corporation. I'd probably get more a-s as a barista tbh.
She has never actually worked a day in her life.
Decisions are all handed to her, she just signs off on them.
And the head of HR, what a joke. He comes in the office, holes up in his little glass cube, never speaks to anyone. He does work at least a 7 hour day though, from what I’ve noticed.
More resignations from RTO, micromanaging, and generally terrible working culture in the US is more jobs she gets to send home.
Uff ... OP, did you just say that Gunjan came from a low class blue collar worker background?
And at least one week you get to do 4 days! Everyone cheer for changing goalposts because reasons.
Gotta take a lunch walk to scope out the bitties at Ameriprise bro
@OP Exactly, well her own peers (a step down in CXO Suite) Laugh at her when the meet separately - they want her to leave so one of them can be promoted as new CEO....Let her lower employees moral - Her own peers a step down want this to happen so she can be fired.....the SEVP HR - well, pencil pusher, the most corrupt CXO - should be in JAIL (CR-P - illegally changed the policy from badge swap to intranet login count with no advanced notice)
