People are tired of being treated like Street Wh0r3s who get kicked to the curb by SVPimp$ when they need funds for the LR junk1es.
@OP It’s called pure instincts or pure sick and tired of this musical chair sh-t Cisco constantly does to its best employees by Laying them off! We’re all like cheerleaders trying out for the role and then get replaced by someone else at a much lower pay rate!
With the constant wave of LRs many are operating in self preservation mode and trying to make themselves viewed as important and thus safe. Less collaboration and more stress
