You sound fun. I am looking to get out though. I do feel like I am a solid good honest employee and have been here more than a decade but other departments talk to me like I’m stupid and use me as a scapegoat to cover for their slip ups. I got blamed for something out of my control. It sealed the deal for me.
Not taking the VSP, but I have started applying out. I’m staying quiet. I don’t need the money. But I do need peace and happiness.
