OP says this like it is a bad thing.
I can understand your frustration OP. You are wasting your life and energies at this place. Intel is only good to bump up its stocks price to get more cash from investors to burn through broken chips in the fabs. Once that is done then they use cost cutting scam to layoff people for their profits. Nothing will work when you are burned out.
You can either leave or work yourself to death. I know several people who literally died because they worked themselves to death.
When Intel has huge quarterly loss, it will announce layoffs to show to the market makers that it is improving. This is a complete fake, but Intel has to do it every quarter right before the quarterly earnings report. This will hide billions of dollars of operational loss to make the market believe it is doing well, rather than getting closer to bankrupt.
No CPM eh? Give it a couple weeks.

Im definitely thinking of my exit plan. The last few years with family issues combined with my employer not using my time effectively has shown me that this is no kind of life. We all deserve better. My advice is to get your housing situation paid off, get financially stable, and go for a lower paying, but more fulfilling job. Let the Intel staffing carousel keep doing what its doing. In reality you will end up at a higher paying employer that knows what they are doing...
