Mobile is trash, don't trust it

Just tried to deposit a couple checks. Mobile app / bank is total trash. First, login failed repeatedly, then worked after app update and like 5 tries. Tried to deposit a few checks. Every single check failed. Retry a couple times, success. One check took over 25 retries! WTH?!? What kind of Bank is this? Complete garbage!

It's sad when you don't have an automated regression test for your signature product. The one you have a patent for. The one your deployed military members rely upon. Oh, you do have a test? And you just commented it out to make the pipeline green? I gotcha.

@OP This is going to become a problem across the banking sector (and already is). This is the result of the lowest bidder at the lowest quality output.

Its a race to the bottom. Find financial institutions that don't do it and stick to them (I think a lot of Credit Unions are still fine).

Otherwise, all those directors and above across the institutions play golf, share notes from the same book.

I'm personally fatigued over it. Just call them non-American companies by now already and be transparent.
